Mr. Chirag and Mrs. Goyal’s journeys have been marked with several achievements, like the development of the Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) feature also known as Chikibot. Client interaction with the Chikibot was demonstrated at AIIMS Delhi, gaining positive feedback. The CDSS FEATURE allows patients to interact with the Chikibot by three modes: uploading images of their symptoms, voice or text and thus helping doctors perform further analyses.
Chikitsa has also signed an MOU with the Rajasthan Government in 2023. Chikitsa.io has also received international recognition in demos done in Kuwait, with plans for its launch in the Arab market soon. This has made the software suitable for use in the healthcare industry for various businesses in different parts of the world.
