Vignesh and Lavanya founded Jopokart in 2018 as a custom clothing venture based out of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu. They started Jopokart with a single heat press machine that evolved into a thriving D2C business processing more than 500 orders daily during peak seasons.
The duo’s turning point came when they were able to deliver on a critical corporate order. While local vendor strikes threatened to derail this major order, the founders of Jopokart took matters into their own hands, coordinating with multiple teams and working through the night to ensure order fulfillment. This experience was an eye-opener and encouraged them to build an in-house production facility.
