The inaugural Vision to Impact CSR Conclave 2026, hosted by People for Action, emerged as a thoughtfully curated platform that brought together an impressive cross-section of voices from government, industry, civil society, healthcare, education, art and digital media. The conclave stood out for the breadth and depth of its conversations, bringing diverse perspectives into one forum while keeping the focus firmly on social impact, collaboration and action.
The presence of Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, and Minister of State for Education, Government of India, as Chief Guest added significant weight to the conclave and its conversations around empowerment, skills, education and nation-building.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Jayant Chaudhary said, “True impact begins when vision is translated into action and action is sustained through collaboration. CSR has the potential to bring together the strengths of industry, government and civil society to address some of our most pressing social challenges.” He further highlighted the value of platforms such as Vision to Impact in sharing ideas, strengthening partnerships and building a more inclusive and empowered India.
More than a conventional CSR gathering, the conclave created space for meaningful dialogue, fresh perspectives and cross-sector collaboration. Its thematic panels moved beyond broad discussions on responsibility to explore the practical dimensions of inclusion, wellbeing, education, culture, empowerment and the role of storytelling in amplifying social change.

The diversity of speakers and the quality of conversations reflected the growing need for collaborative approaches to India’s social challenges. With its emphasis on partnerships, lived experiences and actionable ideas, Vision to Impact reinforced the importance of moving from intent to implementation and from individual efforts to collective impact.
The first edition has established a strong foundation for what promises to be a significant platform for conversations around CSR, social innovation, inclusion and nation-building, with the potential to bring together an even wider ecosystem of changemakers in the years ahead.
The conclave brought together a diverse group of attendees and panelists from across sectors, including Mr C.K.
