When life throws challenges, some people give up, while others, like Safikul Molla, rise to the occasion. At just 20 years old, Safikul has already carved a name for himself in the world of combat sports and event management. His story is a testament to resilience, mentorship, and an unwavering desire to achieve dreams.
Born and raised in Mumbai, Safikul was an ordinary pharmacy student before life’s twists led him down an extraordinary path. The lockdown became a turning point. While browsing the internet, he stumbled upon opportunities in social media management and Discord server management. These roles not only earned him income but also ignited his passion for creating and managing communities.
However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. Safikul faced academic setbacks, failing in his second year of pharmacy studies. But instead of giving up, he found guidance and inspiration from Coach Zeeshan Khan, a mentor who became like an elder brother. Under Zeeshan’s mentorship, Safikul gained invaluable lessons that shaped his career and life.
While learning the ropes of event management through hands-on experience with various companies, Safikul’s entrepreneurial spirit grew stronger. He founded 360 Legacy Event Management Company, which soon became the foundation for his future endeavors. Not long after, he began managing Team Vipers MMA Fighters and took on the role of manager at 360 Fitness India.
The biggest leap in Safikul’s journey came with the launch of Mumbai Boxing Promotions. Partnering with the Mumbai Boxing Council (MBC), led by the visionary Zeeshan Khan, Safikul set out to elevate combat sports in Mumbai and beyond. The first event, held in Mumbai, was nothing short of spectacular. Six intense bouts featuring 12 talented fighters brought together fans, fighters, and notable personalities, including Chief Guest MLA Aslam Shaikh, a strong supporter of combat sports.
Safikul’s vision is clear: to nurture talent, promote combat sports, and create a thriving community for fighters across India and the globe. With a dedicated team, including Nadeem Sheikh and Ajay Salvi, he aims to take Mumbai Boxing Promotions to international heights.
Throughout this journey, Safikul’s gratitude shines through. He credits his success to his family, especially his mother, whose unwavering support has been his anchor. He’s also thankful to his father, sister, and mama for their belief in his dreams.
“Inshallah, we will take this to new heights,” Safikul says with determination. With the support of the Mumbai Boxing Council, his mentor Zeeshan Khan, and his 360 Legacy family, the future looks incredibly bright for this young visionary.
