Today, Dr. Earth has replaced over 150,000 kg of plastic packaging and 90,000 kg of plastic cutlery, helping brands like Haldiram’s, Tata Power, Portronics, and Steel Bird meet their ESG and EPR compliance goals.
What sets Dr. Earth apart is its AI and IoT-enabled dashboard that shows clients exactly how much plastic they’ve replaced, CO₂ saved, and carbon credits earned. These are not just feel-good figures—they’re verified metrics that turn sustainability into a strategic advantage.
Dr. Earth’s work earned national recognition when it was shortlisted by the Central Pollution Control Board during its World Environment Day Hackathon for biodegradable innovation. The company operates under the MOOWR scheme, which allows duty-free import of raw materials, making its packaging solutions both scalable and cost-effective.
They have a growing team of 15 and Dr Earth is proving that sustainability doesn’t have to be a trade-off—it can be transparent, profitable, and impactful. “Sustainability can’t just be a checkbox,” says Vyas. “It must be measurable, scalable, and economically viable.”
