The Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, Government of Thailand represented by the Thai Trade Center in Chennai organized the “Thailand Week” during 5th, 6th and 7th May 2023 at Express Avenue Mall, Chennai. The ‘Thailand Week’ was inaugurated by Mr. Nitirooge Phoneprasert, Consul General, Royal Thai Consulate General, Chennai.
Thai Trade Centre, Chennai had come again with new variety of lifestyle products directly from Thailand including health and beauty products, food and beverages, home decor, household products, fashion and fashion accessories, wellness and spa products and much more.
This event was a great success and brought a rare opportunity to the entrepreneurs in Chennai who were seeking new business ties, joint ventures, and import-export collaboration with Thai counterparts. The event not only focused on the trade and business but also on tourism, culture, and food. All visitors experienced and enjoyed the Thainess such as Muay Thai show and Thai food cooking demonstration showcased by the professionals from Thailand.
